About the Founder, Milena Regos

I came to the US to get my MBA and chase the American Dream. As a high-powered entrepreneur and CMO, I worked with clients in the ranks of Madonna, Squaw Valley, and Ritz Carlton. But in the endless pursuit of more, I ended up with less: less health, less love, less meaning, less creativity.

I had to find a new way forward.

I made it my mission to discover a different way of thinking, living, and working so I could create success on my terms. After almost a decade of soul-searching, researching, and personal lifestyle experiments, I found a counterintuitive approach combining ancient wisdom and cutting-edge science.

Unhustle was born.

When we feel better, we perform better.

I’ve shared the Unhustle® message on international stages, from the World Economic Forum to Wisdom 2.0, and with companies like Deloitte and CITI.

I moved to Baja full-time, creating a life by design, not by default, with joy, adventure, and freedom, and discovering greater creativity, purpose, and potential.

Now, I help individuals and leaders reclaim their lives and potential and create success and profitability by embracing the Unhustle® ethos.
